Positions held until the next AGM meeting in June 2025

We are an official, but unrecognised residents’ association, comprised of owners/shared owners in West Grove. The Committee represents the residents’ (i.e. RA members) views and concerns, promoting a sense of community spirit. The Committee aims to maintain and improve the amenities of our home and environment, to work towards a transparent, fair and reasonable service charge, protecting our investment, by engaging and communicating with the management company (Savills), appointed by the developer/landlord (Lendlease), to nurture a working relationship, and to mutually better the West Grove estate. The RA Committee will also hold monthly meetings to address ongoing issues and discuss community initiatives.
